Willamette Week newspaper is holding a contest, they picked 64 people (and things, lol) that should be mayor and are holding a NCAA style bracket tournament to see who wins. Rice has made it through the first few rounds and is now in the Great Eight. No, he's not really running for mayor but he's having fun with this.
