Not now. There's no cap savings at this point.
Cap calcs are based on the last day of the teams season. If they trade him in June, he's a $1M cap hit. His contract has no benefit now.

confused on why Crabbe was the problem re: Noel
 
I'm alright with this. Wish we were able to land another pick or two but this is OK. We wait til summer when we have more flexibility and our draft picks are worth more. Jimmy Butler will still be there available in July.

Yes but believe it or not there are teams that actually want a cap hit. Especially one that low. They can trade an 8 MIL player for our only 1 MIL player.

Crabbe's deal is one of the main reasons we're going to be way over the tax line next year. The belief is that if we weren't already projected to be well over the tax line, we would have been more willing to deal for a player like Noel who is in line for a big payday this summer.

I didn't watch him a lot before which was dumb of me because he's really good and that trade is probably going to,end up,being a steal.
 
damn some of your are freaking out probably for no reason. Sure I'd love to see a deal and we obviously need something different other than what we have (and I want Leonard out of here too) but it isn't the end of the world that we didn't make a deal in which we should probably be tanking the rest of the season. We have 3 draft picks to work with let's see what happens on or around draft day. That is when our new season begins

Been trying to tell everybody Nerlens the whole time and it didn't take shit to get him. You want your defensive big there he fucking was but we were too busy dealing with Olsheys summer fuck ups with Ezeli trying to shed him.
 
Another infuriating point: i bet Olshey didn't even think about getting rid of Turner.

Stotts is in love with his gameplan.
Olshey is in love with his signings.
