I'd guess that Durant's injury is something he could and would play on if it were the conference finals or Finals, but Kerr feels he can afford to rest him in this series to try and prevent it from becoming a nagging thing the whole playoffs.

I don't disagree with his thinking, if that is the situation. The Warriors should be the better team even without Durant and especially with no Nurkic.

With ET guarding Turner and us being able to switch screens 2-5.

Only concern is KD out I assume moves a finals MVP into the starting lineup.
Be nice to not have KD torching Portland though.
