I love how they kept asking "what woudl happen to this legacy if they didn't win tonight", as if people would look at his stats (assuming he retired w/out another title) and go "fuck that. he lost almost half of the time when he was in the finals. the pussy".

Pretty much, watching these guys tonight I had a few thoughts. Wow Thibedeau is a master of defensive sets (cough, cough why aren't we going for him cough, cough). Gosh Lakers are playing good D and damn all these guys look old.

A full healthy Blazers and a FAIRLY OFFICIATED SERIES would have the Blazers hoisting the trophy for sure.

Their defenses are incredible no doubt. I still think a healthy portland with a different coach and fair refs could give them a run for their money. I think Boston is an excellent team due to absolutely incredible defense.

You are probably right. Still makes me ill to think of the rapist hoisting another trophy thanks to 2X the FT's of the opponent. Jeez Stern why even have a season or more then 2 teams?

EDIT: Also We've blown both of these teams away even missing one of our big three. The biggest difference is coaching and experience.

Not necessairly on the bench part. Lakers had an awful bench (even Odom wasn't that great) and they managed. We need that second star, Aldridge is not and will never be that.

Like the three point play to start the quarter where Glen Davis didn't even touch Gasol? Or what about the call on Garnett after Gasol threw up an airball against the shot clock. Not to mention the 8 second violation that wasn't reviewed, instead, more Laker FT's.
