Re: Quick reports talks with Hedo's agent / Hedo Turkoglu discussion
Do you guys feel like Hedo can put you guys in the contender level?
I do yes. He plays the pick and roll good. He fits with our culture, which is more important then ppl give it credit for. He is a great shooter, which will open up the paint for LMA and Oden. He is a great passer, not selfish. A good fit and maybe a bit of a risk, but a good risk. He can also play some backup PF and some point forward if we need another ball handler, so Roy doesn't have to do all the work.
I still think if we get Hedo we look to move Outlaw and parts to Chicago for Kirk.
That would make the most sense and I would be cool with that. With Hedo coming, SF is flooded and we can afford to use one to get a better PG.
wow oh my fucking god i hate turk so much. He is such a waste to spend our cap space on. Did pritchard forget about batum, outlaw, and webster. And our future Claver?
LMFAO! Yeah, Claver is a reason to not sign Hedo. I hope you are joking. Webster is not proven to do anything, so who cares? Outlaw has shown his worth. Batum will still play.
LMAO @ the guy who brought up Claver as a reason to not sign Hedo. Horrible.
I know right?! Hilarious!
Agreed. A slow, slightly above average shooter who couldn't defend my grandmother. This will put a lot of pressure on our centers to defend both Hedo's man as well as theirs.
In the end, this will actually hurt the team.
What are you, Debbie Downer? Stop crying in every post you make.
I'm kinda with you there. I would rather go after Sessions with our cap space.
Sessions is NOT going anywhere. Get over that.
If we sign hedo, teams will score more on us- that's for sure.
Melancholy Molly? Chill out dude. Go hit the bong.
So, KP and Penn called Brandon and Aldridge - but no Oden - prior to contacting Hedo's agent?
No big, I guess. But, at least a bit interesting to me.....for whatever reason.
Odens extension will happen next year.
I'm still on the fence on this one. He's obviously an upgrade, but is he worth it? I just don't know.
If you remember back to the Rockets series McMillan went with Rudy at the 3(which I was hugely against) in game 6 because he thought the Blazers needed more scoring, and that's why the Blazers seem to be trying to acquire Hedo. I still think a PG is more important than a SF, but I'll just have to try and trust KP on this one.
Yup, he hasn't done us wrong yet.

I think this is great news. I myself have been on the fence about Hedo, but all in all I would be very pleased to see him here.
