Michigan (manip/sig)

This one was kinda 1/2 manip and 1/2 sig. It's the first time I really tried this style but I'm liking how it turned out. Here is the original pic so you can get an idea of what all I did to it:

What's a manip? Seems like you just cut out the helmet and arm, rotated it and overlayed it on top of some basket looking brushes.

You just take the photo, make it into a sig, do some sutff to it. I love it except for the text8.7/10

It's basically what you described......just take the pic and distort it with brushes, lighting, coloring, lots of overlay and soft light layers and stuff like that.
