Do your fucking up in private and we won't take it so hard....
He also couldn't get it to Rasheed in the post with his left hand.I remember a little guy who would dribble the ball for what seemed like an eternity who then couldn't hit an open guy because he was too short and had short stubby arms.
I never gave two shits about his stupidity off the court.
If it was a loaded gun would you say the same?So what he forgot it was in his bag whats the big deal

It wasn't though. So it's a mute point
Moot????It wasn't though. So it's a mute point

In my opinion Damon nailed it. The fact he was born and raised in Portland speaks volumes of non-bias as well. He has a point that we have never till this day seen success like his teams gave us. Nowadays this city would rather go 15-67 with good guys than win a ring with couple knuckleheads. I hope like he does Lillard never feels under appreciated now that its going to be tougher to win with the squad we have
It's pretty easy to understand what he's trying to say.
1. The City/Fans expects far to much out of its players even when they are performing at a superstar level. A.K.A LMA.
2. The City doesn't really have shit to do for rich younger people like them, when compared to other cities they visit on their road trips.
3. The City/Fans turn on their players too quickly, aren't as supportive of them as much, etc which is why some may feel under appreciated.
I mean, I actually can see his points. And I honestly don't give a shit about the weed. Everyone and their fucking mother in sports does that shit and/or other PEDs.
Moot????
You're missing the point. He had an illegal substance, which is no different than having a loaded gun. Only a fool would bring either one to the airport. So glad that fucker left Portland

It was a schedule 1 drug. Regardless if I don't believe it should be, it's still "highly illegal" at the time it happened. I don't think open carry should be illegal, but I won't go walking around with a loaded gun on my hip.Nice straw man. It wasn't a loaded gun...
I don't agree with your number 3 at all. Players who come here, play their heart out, give everything for the team, and don't get into extracurricular bullshit are worshiped here. When you start getting in trouble with the law and doing extracurricular shit that brings detriment to the team (just like any player) they can gain negative press. Darius Miles maybe? JR writer smoking weed out of pop cans and speed racing? Zach Randolph's immaturity, sexual abuse allegations, street racing, and other issues with the law outside of basketball? Literally quitting on the team when he didn't want to go into the game? Name a player that has given their all for the team and the city that have we turned on?
LaMarcus Aldridge returns to the Moda Center on November 11 for the first time since signing with the San Antonio Spurs as a free agent. What kind of reception do you think he’ll receive from the fans?
“Well, I hope it’s a good one. He made a decision to leave and he earned that prerogative. He spent nine good years here, got us out of the first round for the first time (in 14 years). I don’t think anybody can take away what he did for this franchise and the city. My hope is that he will be well received, because he deserves it.”
I grew up with Damon here in NE Portland before I even started working with the team........ I can tell you that you shouldn't give a shit what he thinks. He damn sure doesn't care what you think. He doesn't represent my city in any way!

This.joel przybilla is an example of hard work paying off. i mean lets face it, dude wasnt very skilled, especially on offense which is usually what everyone loves but he was a work horse and got a standing ovation when he returned after we traded him. I went out of my way to attend that game just so i could cheer for him and wear his jersey with pride.
lamarsha is not on that level, he made strides with his playing through injury, but i watched him quit in the playoffs. you could see in his body language when he decided he wasnt coming back to portland.

LMA.
It absolutely is! But I'm not stupid enough to have that shit in my pocket in a high level security metal detectorAll the high-end shit you do mags and you're going to call weed a schedule 1? Because the government calls it a schedule 1? That scheduling is the crime of the century...
