When I would guess his mother is hispanic and his father from an appropriate background that would explain the last name of Lukrofka.

Hispanic Causin Panic. Real Name John Lacrofka (spelling?). Works for Blazers broadcasting. During the Houston game the Mike's were cracking on him. The Rice crack about half of HCP being more than most was funny though.
