ICE forcibly remove woman in wheelchair—pick up & blind man and drop him down on concrete wall.
"Agents picked me up and threw me to the ground," he wrote.
"They did the same thing to another person in a wheelchair."
"One of the medics did a full workup on me to make sure I didn't injure my head on the concrete wall."
Quinn Haberl currently teaches Orientation and Mobility (O&M) at the Department for the Blind—instructing the visually impaired on how to navigate using a long white cane.
The incident occurred outside the ICE facility in Portland, Oregon.
