ICE forcibly remove woman in wheelchair—pick up & blind man and drop him down on concrete wall.

"Agents picked me up and threw me to the ground," he wrote.

"They did the same thing to another person in a wheelchair."

"One of the medics did a full workup on me to make sure I didn't injure my head on the concrete wall."

Quinn Haberl currently teaches Orientation and Mobility (O&M) at the Department for the Blind—instructing the visually impaired on how to navigate using a long white cane.

The incident occurred outside the ICE facility in Portland, Oregon.

Yeah, we don't see the beginning and we don't see the start of it. We don't really see protestors being violent. Most everyone backed away. One got up close and was yelling something and got arrested and that's about it.
