If Mills is legit, and that is a pretty big "if", he will likely not be on the Blazer roster. If he is any good, a team in Europe will offer him more money.

I would guess he became a good passer at about age 12.

If you didn't/don't recognize him as a good passer, then you definitely missed something. He might be a great passer. That doesn't mean he's a great (or even good) player, but he's a good passer. His assist percentage as a rookie was amazing, and he led the team in assist percentage last year by a large margin.

He still had the highest assist percentage on the Blazers last year.

The man can pass, whether he is able to hit a shot consistently or not. Without being a better shooter, though, he's never going to be an impact player.

Right on the money. Sergio is an elite passer. Period. Which is probably why half the board was so upset we traded him and so hopeful he will become a star - but unfortunately, this is his only great attribute and until it changes - he will hang by his finger-nails to remain in the NBA.
