Fez with another domination of a troll.

I knew we'd grow on you. It's been a fun day.
No hard feelings from me to any of you guys. You made work fly by a little faster. See you all tomorrow? Same Batum time? Same Batum channel?
Peace out!

If you consider it a sport to gather your food by drilling through 18 inches of ice and sitting there all day hoping that the food will swim by, you might live in Minnesota.
If you feel proud that your state makes the national News 96 nights each year, because International Falls is the coldest spot in the nation, you might live in Minnesota.
If your local Dairy Queen is closed from November through March, you might live in Minnesota.
If you carry jumper cables in your car and your girlfriend knows how to use them, you might live in Minnesota.
If there are seven empty cars running in the parking lot at Zups Grocery Store at any given time, you might live in Minnesota.
If you design your kids Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit, you might live in Minnesota.
If driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow, you might live in Minnesota.
If you know all four seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter and road construction, you might live in Minnesota.
If you consider Minneapolis exotic, you might live in Minnesota.
If your idea of creative landscaping is a statue of a deer next to your blue spruce, you might live in Minnesota.
You're struggling with the concept of a metro area
Pushing 3 million and still smaller than the Twin Cities.
Don't strain anything while you pat yourself on the back.
Dear Mods,
Thank you for allowing these guys to stay. They have done nothing but add to the delight of this forum
I generally don't like refuting posters who say that Oregonians on the whole lack education, but a majority of your state thought a) that Jesse the Body Ventura would make a grand State Executive and b) Stuart Smalley would be the best representative of their interests.
6th in education or not, that doesn't speak well for the contingent you brought over in the last 2-3 days.
There's always an excuse isn't there? Our severe over population of Hmongs is what was driving the Jesse bandwagon. They absolutely don't have the time to bleed.

I'm glad he brought this up.
As the resident urban development nerd.
Did you even care to look at the newest projections for the U.S. (2035)?
The mid-west cities will maintain or lose population.
Every big city on the West coast will have a huge population boom in the next twenty years.
Portland metro (2.3m as of today) will have a bigger projected population than Minneapolis, Seattle will be twice as big.
Sha-BLAM!
Oh, and Minneapolis uses the old metro system of 'burbs within an hour. If Portland did that, and they don't, Portland + Salem today would be pushing 3 million. You know where you can stick that "2/3s" -- come correct, or don't come at all.

I have to say I think the Mods have done a pretty classy job with all of this. I would still IP ban the mofo porn spammers, but that's a Denny call and he has said his piece on that.
