Mo taking his teammates out to dinner (1 Viewer)

Nice to see them out together on a day off - keep the frustration of losing at a minimum.

Anyone notice that Will Barton flips gang signs in all of his pics?

He's from NorthEastern Baltimore. I'm guessing it's just an "E" for East Baltimore. There's a big rivalry between east and west Baltimore, according to The Wire.

By the way, it seems like Mo is a well liked guy by the players. It might severely mess with chemistry to trade him. Just a thought.

Freeland continues to be epically awkward in front of the camera:

If anyone has gang member written all over his mug, it's gotta be Joel Freeland eh?

First off SlyPokerDog is a tool! Secondly, the only Blazer to actually be a gang member was Stacy Augmon.

The story about Plasticman making a phone call from the bus to diffuse the Chris Mills incident still cracks me up.

Sometimes I get annoyed with Mo on the court, but over all, I think he has been a huge help to this team. The combo of giving Lillard needed breathers, bringing some offense off the bench, and being an all around good teammate and elder statesman on the team have all added to this being a great year so far for the Blazers.

Blazers @ Warriors......Bonzi, Sheed everybody. Mills and his posse blocks the Blazers bus in the loading dock afterwards and followed the bus on the freeway!!! Stacy had to put in a call to his peeps to get Mills and his boys to back off.

You don't hear about this one too often, because the details behind the interaction between Chris Mills and (possibly) the entire Portland Trail Blazer roster are a bit sketchy.
Here's what we do know. During a Dec. 20, 2002, match between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Golden State Warriors, Chris Mills took great offense to the physical play of Bonzi Wells(notes). The entire Golden State crowd, actually, took the same offense to the entire Blazer team, showering Rasheed Wallace (who had to be restrained from going into the stands to fight) with garbage and insults after he hit a game-winner and tried to leave the court.
For Mills, the work of his hometown supporters wasn't enough. He tried to get into the Blazers locker room after the game to have a go at Wells. After being denied access, Mills and some friends decided to park Mills' SUV in front of Portland's team bus, refusing it access to the outside of the arena, with Mills standing outside the bus shouting at the team, spoiling for a fight.
That much we do know, because Mills was suspended for his conduct a few days later. What we don't know is whether or not Mills may have been armed, as some have suggested, or whether or not he followed the Trail Blazers' bus to the airport before turning away.

Mo appears to be a tremendous "glue guy" on this team in his own way, I'll give him that.

Speaking of raw squid: my daughter just showed me a video of an Asian-American girl eating a live octopus in a restaurant in Korea. How she kept from throwing up I have no idea.
