Like him or hate him, Mo helped us win a lot of games last season and was loved by the players. I hope he gets a good ovation when his name is announced for tonights game. Will the crowd cheer him?
I think he gets a big ovation in the Moda Center and speckled boos on the boards.
Of course he will get an ovation. It's not like he forced his way out of Portland. And he wanted to win. He never gave up, which is fans always appreciate. I'm glad he's gone because our bench is more fluid, but I don't have any ill will for the guy.
He came in and left a classy Blazer
Uh, what he did was the epitome of "forcing his way out". He opted out of a contract for more money--money we couldn't give him. You can't force much more than that.
No, he opted out of a contract he already had to make more money. As I said, he can enjoy a million more a year in Minny, more power to him. Hell, I'd move to MIN for an extra million a year. However, he DID force his way off of a playoff-contending team for more cash. That's all.
yes.
So if he didn't opt out, would we still have the MLE to get Kaman?

Yes, but would you really want a MO and Kaman bench squad? The passing would never happen lol

[video=youtube;vh_wLpQjh6k]He got the steal and hit three that won us Game 4 last year. We were on death's door. All Jeremy Lin had to do was call a time out and the Rockets would have tied the series 2-2. Mo tips the ball out of his hands, we swing the ball around and into Mo's hands for a three to save us.
He only got a 1-yr deal for 3.75, but otherwise I agree with this.
I think he gets a big ovation in the Moda Center and speckled boos on the boards.
