7'2.5" (w/shoes) and deceptively quick feet. His lateral movement alone makes me hope Neil locks him up to a deal. You don't see this in players of his size very often.

Porzingis and a young Pau are the only players that I can think of with this type of lateral quickness at their size.

And, according to Dame, is a quick learner and has made giant strides since September.

I was surprised that both of his free throw attempts tonight looked good. Went 1 -2, but the miss still looked alright.

Both him and Skal looked a little hesitant at first. When they settled in they both had a few good plays to build on.

"Giant strides" LOL

From what I've seen, he's worth the second two-way contract. I think his downside is Javale McGhee.

Very young, so it's reasonable to believe he'll develop physically.

Elite length and timing as a shot-blocker.

Runs the floor better than most bigs. Heck, he gets up the floor quicker than some guards.

It looks to me that his hands are adequate at worst and sometimes they look pretty good. When they don't look good, it seems more an issue with his strength than with his coordination.

Seems to me the questions are can he put on good weight and is he willing to work. If the answer to both of those is yes, he's going to be the kind of talent who can contribute to a playoff team within four years.

I said I think his downside is Javale McGhee. I think his ceiling is a better prime Hassan Whiteside.

Glad he got the two way deal. Hope to not see him suit up for the team until SL.

He's still super raw, and needs to work on, well, everything. However, is it just me, or is he really fast, and super nimble on his feet? Like guard quick.

Yea he's like the Ant of centers, like why didn't anybody else take a chance on this guy?!

Beats me. I guess big men don't mean as much as thru used to? 10 years ago, he would have at least been drafted late first round as a project big.

If he's on the court ever this season we are either UP 20 or DOWN 20. Doesn't hurt bringing in a young player with potential, but he will have no impact on this team for at least the next couple seasons.

Moses would’ve been a lottery pick in the 70s lol.

I also don’t think he’s a fit for everyone. In Portland he fits because “traditional” centers are put in a position to succeed. Here you can be successful if you just protect the rim, rebound, and show an ability to pick and roll. Shooting isn’t a necessity. Neither is switching on the perimeter.

Seems like the kind of guy Golden State would have picked in the 2nd round and in a couple years everyone would be wondering how the hell they found him.

What’s funny is Moses was a big time recruit out of high school, so it’s not like he was an unknown. He also had a pretty solid year at UCLA, relatively speaking, but maybe not the season some were expecting. It’s almost like he was a victim of his own hype. Whatever though, good for us.

Bol Bol is better though, right? Is it just because of Bol's outside shot? His shot blocking prowess?

I don't watch much CBB, and never saw Brown, but I just remember Bol being projected as a top-10 pick prior to his injury. If we compare/contrast the two, what makes one a lottery talent and the other a UDFA?
