Every precaution? Did you limit and pay attention to everything you touched? Did you wash your hands enough? Did you touch surfaces(arm rests), magazines, etc and maybe not think about it carrying covid? Its not just transmitted person to person. A mask is great but it's not every precaution, neither staying away from others. There is more needed to do to stay clear of the virus, especially if you are traveling.

Hopefully, Sly takes all these precautions and is safe. It is a gamble to travel right now, whoever does it.

Great questions. I'd have to say yes. Apart from family at the very beginning of the trip, we kept to ourselves. We stayed in Hiltons, who are very serious about their COVID sanitation processes. Washed hands/face plenty. No magazines, etc. Plenty of social distancing. I still very much think I contracted it from that nurse friend.

You've chosen not to answer my basic, simple question from the get-go. Why? It's obvious. You're not wanting to draw attention to your trip in light of me taking a trip, getting COVID, etc., etc. That said, you very well could have said when I asked you way back something like, "Sure. I'm taking a trip to Vegas. So what? We plan to be safe. Very safe." Instead, I get crickets. Look, again, I couldn't care less. What I DO care about in here is that we're gonna travel! And, we don't need scoldings, etc. when we do. Nor do we need scoldings if we, say, want to take in a movie or such. Shoot, a movie is no different than a Las Vegas show, casino, or the like. I'm bringing attention to these comparisons for good reason.

By your own admission you continually bringing this up in multiple threads has nothing to do with an interest in my vacation but instead because you feel that you've wronged or victimized in your takes on covid, PPE, and your activities after you've gotten the disease. I've shared other vacations I've taken this summer with no such multiple thread posts by you. I've gone camping, and have gone on trips to the Oregon and Washington coast. NO SUCH MULTIPLE CONDESCENDING POSTS BY YOU ON ANY OF THOSE TRIPS. I have also shared plans about possibly going to Vegas this summer in other member's posts about their trips to Vegas.

I personally wouldn't go to Vegas, but it has nothing to do with Covid (tho that would definitely make me leery of going there at the current time).

Now, if you are driving there, have a vacation home there and the only time you're interacting with other people is when you are getting gas or food, then I don't see a problem. Still wouldn't go to Vegas though. Or Nevada.

They sent me a COVID test and I sent it back. As soon as we get to the casino, they test us again and quarentine us for 48 hours before I'll work for two days , then return home. Seems like they have a solid system in place for our safety. We'll see how it goes.
