Wind River
Stars Jeremy Renner.
Released in 2017.

Damn, that's a good movie.

I saw Batman. Story was boring, was like watching a Zodiac remake with costumes. Good cinematography and score.

The Nolan ones won’t be topped, with they’d stop trying to just recreate them.

Just saw The Batman today. It was actually really good. Robert Pattinson played a far better Batman than I expected.
Too physically dark. Bad movies are always dark because they have nothing good to show.

Saw Top Gun Maverick yesterday and loved it. Action is just better when you know it's the real thing instead of CGI. Great action, some funny moments and it flew by. Definitely recommend seeing it in theaters.

The new Firestarter is dreadful. I turned it off after less than an hour. Tho original movie, with Drew Barrymore in the lead, followed the book pretty closely, but this one was way off. And I lost all sympathy for Charlie after she torched a cat.

Went to 'Everything, Everywhere, All at Once' this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe it's because I stay away from most of the Marvel drivel that I haven't tired of the 'multiverse' story telling but this was at least a somewhat original idea/story. The main actress does a great job, loved seeing Short Round back on camera and of course Jamie Lee Curtis is amazing. Give it a solid 8/10.

The Northman was about as perfect as it could be. Simple Viking story with gorgeous cinematography and the right amount of weirdness.

Top Gun: Maverick was great. All the homo eroticism as the first one and cool plane shit

The Janes, streaming on HBO. Riveting, true, and we are on the verge of far worse situation.

Limitless
Fits into my fascination.

Holy shit, just finished this. What a truly unique and uplifting movie. You can help but smile at the end.

"He who loves the most regrets the most."

8.5/10

Just saw it tonight. Great movie!

Science Friction
How media gets science wrong, sometimes by ignorance, other times deliberately to promote anti science agenda (Dr. Oz a prime offender).

Top Gun Maverick- 9.5/10
Jurassic World Dominion- 4/10
Elvis- 7/10
Black Phone- 8/10
Nope- 6/10
Last few Jurassic Park movies haven’t been as good as Lost world and the other one were.

Haven’t seen Dominion.

The OG still stands alone for me but I did like the first Jurassic World, even if it was basically a replay of the 1st. I always laugh when people bring up Lost World because I took a script writing class at WSU and the prof used it as an example of what NOT to do. Feels like the movies have turned into PG horror where the dinos get close to killing a human but then decide not to.

Haven’t finished it yet, but I’ve enjoyed light year.

It’s on Disney+

Just watched the Age of Adeline on Netflix and thought it was brilliant.Blake Lively, Kathy Baker, Ellen Burstyn and .Harrison Ford were all brilliant in this film. Great ending...great storyline..beautiful cinematography

The Grey Man on netflix was pretty good if you into high action films. Ryan Gosling is no 007, but was a good movie nonetheless.
