Paris Hilton has lived her entire life of her Mommy and Daddy. She has never held a real job, never went to college, never did anything worthwile.

Cindy McCain is a heiriss, but she went to school, got her Masters, and worked in Special Education with children that have Down syndrome. She's far from ditzy and talentless.
