^^^Well played, Sir.
By chance, did you see the 60 Minutes bit on the Doobies this past Sunday?

The bogus RnR Hall of Fame should have inducted them in 1980. As all of you know I am a Die Hard Doobies fan. Patrick Simmons is one of my favorite guitarists and I modeled much of my bass style after Tyron Porter. Their my favorite. yankeesince59~So MANY Tanks For Posting. I totally enjoyed that
I think I've posted this video before and it's my fav Doobies tune... starting the 4:15 mark there's a progression of guitar tracks that were gradually mixed in...5 or 6?...needless to say, there's a lot going on there;

Quite possibly, the greatest live album ever;

Everyone in here should indulge themselves in Waiting For Columbus. It's Tremendous!! That album is in my top ten live albums list.I attended the JB "Running On Empty" concert not once, but three times. Indeed quite possibly one of the better Live albums, (parts of it).
Live On Stage, in Hotel Room and on a Bus as well, a Brilliant Concept!
Right up there with "Live Rust" (Neil Young), and "Waiting for Columbus" (Little Feat).
With this kind of "pretzel logic", there's no reason to expect better results next year.
