I wasn't born until 89. It probably sounds contradictory and hypocritical, but it is different if everybody is doing it. This type of play is not accepted in today's game. I don't know that it was accepted then, but its not deplorable like it is today.

Be honest, do you like/dislike him more as a player because of this? Would you actually want somebody on the Blazers to do something like This?

I really don't think it was that dirty. Two guys going for loose balls. I see guys give each other arm bars and do cheap shit for rebounds all the time. It just so happens that Love dislocated his shoulder. It was a little dirty, but nothing compared to JR Smith and Kendrick Perkins swinging at people. Shit, guys like John Stockton, Danny Ainge and many others did that chicken wing type stuff on a game by game basis.

He probably won't even be fined for it.

I don't even see how this is supposed to be the same thing. In this picture Love is committing a foul. He's holding Olynyk's arm. In the video you can clearly see Olynyk grab onto Love's arm with both hands and jerk it downward.
