Fans currently only have 50% of the voting power to name the all star game starters and don't have any say in the backups. Writers and players each have 25% say in the starters. So even if all of China voted for Hansen it wouldn't account for 50% of the vote for starters, not close to 50% because people can vote for the starter all over the world and then you have the players and media who in all likelihood will give Hansen no votes.I hope every Chinese NBA fan votes for him, because it'll show how much they need to change the process.
I think the system is pretty good right now.
