And no, it wasn't likely Covid-19. Although the nurse that gave me the news did not say why he died she said if anyone had died of Covid-19 in our dialysis unit she would have been informed. I'm assuming it was related to his heart. He was about 85 and loved talking about fishing.

Really sorry to hear that, Lanny. Peace to you.

A friend of mine died this week, as well. He was my produce manager at Lake Oswego Thriftway (State St. back in the day). His death is still very confusing.

He died two days layer.
I remember when Thriftway was on State street, also known as Hwy 43. Now there is a Whole Foods store there.
By the way, Thriftway closed shop in the Palisades are before the Covid-19 virus. There now are no Thriftways in Lake Oswego. I liked it better than Albertsons or Safeway.

So sorry to hear that Lanny. My thoughts are with you man

Sorry about your friend Lanny....sucks to lose a friend.

Sorry to hear that. Sending positive thoughts to you and his loved ones

Thoughts with you, his family, and the many other friends he made along the way. A fisherman is always a great friend!
