When can you start using the spermbaby as a tax deduction? I mean, if it’s December and the human being is the size of a raisin it’s still a person right? So claim it on your taxes people

You get the deduction in the year of it's birth, if still alive.

The day after the Alabama governor signed a total ban on abortion, saying all life is precious to god, Alabama carried out another execution.

The person who got executed, unlike the person who gets aborted, deserved it.

Yes! Thank you for the correction. But I don't think that works if you abort it.

Abortion

This may be the most politically and ideologically divisive of all deductions. The IRS says: “You can include in medical expenses the amount you pay for a legal abortion.” So an abortion — which can cost from $500 to $1,000 — could be deductible if it was included with other medical expenses. Taxpayers can also include in medical expenses the amount they pay to purchase a pregnancy test kit to determine if they are pregnant, and the cost of a sterilization or vasectomy. When it comes to all medical expenses, you cannot include those that were paid by insurance companies or other sources, and the total medical expenses in question need to exceed 10% of your adjusted gross income (this falls to 7.5% for those who are 65 or over for all medical expenses).

Fuck Paul.

Paul also said this about Women:

1 Corinthians 14:34-36 King James Version (KJV)
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?

Because of this BULLSHIT, women were not allowed to become ministers... So what, I'm s'posed to listen to that fucking idiot??
At my congregation of a main stream church, our priest is a woman. We also ordain gays and lesbians. I presume we ordain transsexuals, as well.
Galatians 3:28
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

I served on a jury about 1962 were a woman was on trial for performing abortions.
We found her not quilty. A verdict I strongly supported even though she clearly did it. I find abortion really repugnant but just a little less so than sending people to jail for performing them. I can not support that or requiring women to raise children that they will not properly nurture.

However, I do not live in Alabama so I am fine with their laws as they see fit to implement. Just as I was able to ignore the Oregon law in 1962.

Congress is prohibited from establishing any religion. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"
Religious phrases on building, money or crosses on memorials do not establish a church (religion).

Frankly, On this here, you don't know WTF you're talking about.

This means that NO LAW can be made that respects an established religion. Meaning keep you God law outta my state and federal law.

The separation of church and state is real no matter how much Christians try to bullshit.

The aborted fetal tissue is not considered capable of sustaining life. It doesn't even feel pain until well into the third trimester by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, (ACOG). There's not even a nerve pathway until about 24 weeks.

Nobody deserves execution when you can safely confine them for life. It satisfies nothing but revenge. It doesn' t even act as a deterrent.

Meaning keep you God law outta my state and federal law.

Yes well, I gave you the actual quote from the 1st amendment, commonly known as the establishment clause.
As you see, it restrains Congress, nothing else.
Carry on.

1st I don't need your help. I am versed on the establishment clause. You don't have to automatically assume I don't...

Now, who writes laws?

Carry on...

It does say love your neighbor. That phrase, "gay people are horrible," is not found. I love ALL people and am compelled to share the Gospel with ALL people.

Great! Many of your fellow Christians do not share your view. It would be great if people were more outspoken and could educate their more simple minded brethren that gay people aren’t going to “hell”. Or if they are, why do they care?

I'm a Christian and I believe in the separation of Church and State. My church also believes in that. Without the separation, one denomination is going to slowly gather power until they dictate to the rest of us what's right and wrong.
At my church, we teach morality belongs in the church and at home. We leave politics to the politicians. I've been a member for 70 years and we've always been that way. You won't see any of our priests espousing political beliefs.

lots of people deserve execution.

some deserve torture.

Well, besides Congress,
State Legislatures,
Counties,
City Councils.
What else?

lots of people deserve execution.

some deserve torture.

Sure, that's the same principle many murderers operate on. It's probably better that the community as a whole not operate by the same principles as those murderers, of killing and/or torturing people because we feel they needed killing and/or torturing.

The point this drives home is, either the Bible is all true, or part is false making it all worthless. Culture and context does play a role in how the Bible should be interpreted as well, don't forget that when pulling out small sections of scripture.

Sigh... Know your book...

2 Timothy 3:16 KJV
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness

The current system isn't working. So maybe this is the better way.

Kill faster and harder. Make it a real deterrant.

In my book and in most cases, you rape or you murder someone, you deserve to be tortured before you are executed.

Perhaps culls would be a better word for those that need to be eliminated.

Cull???? Eliminate???? WTF???

Yeah... Let me guess, you're pro life....

WTF is wrong with people...?

Don't ever say this to someone who used to be DEVOUT.

Don't ever challenge me to a bible drill. You'll lose. I know your book just as well as anyone who's read it cover to cover 2x.

I USED to believe. Now I'm realizing how wack that religion is.

I studied lots of religions. Mormonism, Buddhism, Muslim. I even studied to be Jehovah Witness.

But I was a devout Christian.

And it's NOT logic. It's belief and faith in what you believe.
Not trying to argue, just trying to share what the Bible says and what I believe. Not trying to force anything on anyone.

I understand your counterpoints, yet still believe by faith - not blindly. I've done enough study to feel comfortable with the points you have brought up.

I love that you have researched and know the Bible, we have just come to different conclusions.

When a man mounts another man,
the throne of god trembles!

No, Jesus did not say this. Mohammad did though, in the Hadiths.

Kill faster and harder. Make it a real deterrant.

It's already been shown that capital punishment isn't a deterrent, even terribly painful ones like the lethal injection chemicals used in some states or the electric chair.

Oh well. Just do it anyway. Earth will be better without rapists and murderers around.
