NASA is preparing to reveal a “major science finding” regarding Mars on Monday, with the agency planning a special news conference to announce the findings.

The event will take place at 11.30 a.m. EDT (4.30 p.m. BST) on Monday, and you will be able to watch it live on NASA TV, which we have handily embedded below. Reporters will be onsite and asking questions by phone, while the public can get involved via #AskNASA.

What will the announcement be about? Well, you’ll have to wait and see, as NASA won’t be releasing any more information to the public until then.

Water would most likely mean life. So exciting.

Denny and Marazul have proven that water has nothing to do with life. All it means is the first settlers of Mars can have in ground swimming pools.

I thought they already announced that water was found on Mars? Or evidence of it or something. It's probably a bacteria or something.

Coincidentally I literally just finished reading "The Martian" by Andy Weir so I could be ahead of the movie. Not usually my kind of book but it was the best I've read in many years (and I read a lot of books). Every bit was entirely plausible in the very near future. I don't usually recommend books, but for all you readers, put this one on your list.

I listened to the audio book. I really enjoyed it. I hope they don't fuck it up with the movie.

They found a wall on mars.

Lately, NASA Mars announcements have been underwhelming. Our reaction will be, big deal.

I'm pretty sure they're gonna announce the sending of Bruce Willis and his crew of rag tag crew of deep water oil drillers to Mars. So they can drill to the core of the planet, drop a few nukes to start a chain reaction so the planet can heal itself.

They found Kuato.

Remnants of a Grateful Dead re union party were found.

Water?

Alien life?

Illegal immigrants there too?

Trump now running for president of Mars?

Illegals can have Mars for all I care. If they can cultivate that planet, more power to them. Oh wait, they don't get free shit there. Never mind...
