The one thing that I see as a huge plus, that hasn't really been mentioned much.... Both of his parents are military. He has grown up in a disciplined culture. I can only assume that he will do whatever is asked of him. He is going to fit in with the team, or do whatever it takes to fit in with the team. I wasn't expecting much from the 25th pick, but I think we scored HUGE....

He could be a huge steal....eventually. The nagging question I have is why 24 other teams didn't think so. Is it just that he is a project who won't help for a few years?

Rusillo on Sportscenter said Portland had Little as 12th on their board and were shocked he was still there. So as per their evaluations they got a lottery pick in a year they made it to the WCF. Hope he works out as it could be quite the blessing.

When talking about the draft and who the Blazers should get Little never came up, because I think me and most other people thought he would be gone long before the Blazers got around to picking. I think he should be their starting 3 next year, he may not be ready, but I think he is better than Harkless.

I get what you are saying and I agree about the type of player we need, but regardless of who we picked we needed a two way player at SF. And the wing players in the draft outside the top few, all needed to improve at something. I love what I am hearing about his work ethic.
Yes he seems like a good guy, hopefully he can improve his shooting, than he'll be really really good
