I Wouldn't be upset if we grabbed him. Although I'm not a big fan of an undersized SG combo type. I Would much rather have a defensive minded, post up type. I think we have the shooters and need other intangibles.
The guy isn't a shooter, he's a scorer. That's why he can be in the league at his size.

True, I guess i should be more specific. I'm not a fan of the Crawford type scorers. I want efficient scorers. Players that can score, but at a high %.
Fans are usually very critical of scorers who come off the bench. Because they come in cold, and are not given as many minutes to get into a ryhthm. they all tend to be streaky. They are either
on or off that night. I just think it is really difficult to find highly efficient scorers off the bench that shoot farther than 4 feet from the basket. We need to accept that shooters coming in cold off the bench will be streaky.
I don't imagine Nate getting $5M or more per season. Maybe half that.
I do remember reading that his fam comes down to the RG everytime he plays in PDX.
Then maybe it's Matthews that needs to come off the bench then.
That would not be horrible. We need one more player on this team to attack the basket. Wes is not that player. Don't think Nic is either. So yes get a SG who can, let Nic spread the floor and bring Wes in off the bench.
If we can't get the unbalanced trade to get the center we want, then upgrade the SG spot and pick up a couple cheap centers.
I wonder if Jamal Crawford will get in his ear to stay away from Portland. But without Nate, it is a different team.
Edit: I mean without Nate MacMillan of course.
Yes. It's much worse.
Robinson, 28, is a Seattle native. He averaged 13.1 points, 4.4 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game this season.
