Looks good other than the Nate text which is way too blurry. Change that and I think its good.
 
yeah the text effect does make the text too blurry thats my main complaint, background is sort of bare
 
I like it better, feelen the added darkness, the replacement of the Warrior text and that the main text is more clear.Definitely an improvement
