This really just isn't good to be honest, you can do A HELL OF A LOT better. Too dark on the left, ugly colors on the right, text is awful.. too small a pic of him. I think you get my point--enough bashing.

I'm with them. All it really looks like you did was throw the pic in there with a faded black gradient coming from the left side and put in some text.
