The videos should have to be live streamed. Set up an appointment with any PR intern, show what they can do live and then let the big wigs see the recordings of the auditions to pick who actually gets in.
Yeah if they can't make major changes to the dunk contest they should put it first. If it stinks then no big deal and if it blows up on social media because it's going so great people will tune in. If it is great they can show a repeat of the highlights at the end of the broadcast.
I know you've already liked posts where I said this but they just need auditions, incentives and the requirement that you're on the all star team or have at least been on the all star team before/been rookie of the year or some shit like that. They need names that people care about, who have something they're actually competing for and have shown they can do things that will excite the fans that are in attendance and watching around the world.

Dame doesn't have to be traded. If him and Ant can play well together then we should be able to build a contending roster around them. If they don't play well together then there will be a hard decision to make. If a team blows us away with an offer for Dame at the draft that gives us a young star plus, after we've seen that they don't click, it would be hard to turn down... and that's if the team has identified Ant as the more valuable between Ant and Dame. If the team identifies Dame as being the more valuable then we probably will get to continue to see if they can adjust and get to a point that they complement each other next season until the trade deadline when, if they still aren't working well, we can trade Ant for pieces that work around Dame.
