So that brings up a rules question I haven't seen addressed anywhere else- if someone picks but it's an invalid pick (either because he was already taken or isn't in the NBA) is that person then skipped or do they have the rest of their time to change their pick?

I say we autoskip at that point. If they are dumb enough to hold it up by taken someone already taken they forfeit the rest of their time.
