ya u need a running 4 with him... cuz ellis isnt much of a spot up shooter.. more of a slasher

Uh, well, there goes Jefferson. Quality pick IMO...and hopefully, that defense will improve sooner or later.

actually i liked boozers but i thought he woulda been gone...
 
Great picks in Jefferson and Smith. (Boozer to some extent)

Jefferson is one of those picks I was talking about JCB. (probably my second choice at that point, the other player hasn't been selected yet)

Fair enough, but I'd rather build a team around Butler. I originally wanted to go big with my first pick, but the only guy I wanted was Oden. And of course ghoti takes him right before my pick.

I understand you though, and I understand thats why you wanted to trade the pick at first, because the player you wanted was not available.

ive got nothing but man-love for big al, but 10 is way too high for jefferson when there are established franchise players like dirk still on the board. I think he went approximately where he shoulda gone, give or take 2-4 picks.

well i made my pick... i was really torn... maybe i can get the other guy with my 33rd pick

Don't like that pick. There's better big men available.
 
We wanted an inside banger who showed promise on defense, and still had a huge amount of room to grow. He averaged a double double in his first year (.3 rebounds off, anyway).

Someone delete Syc's post?

We also discussed Jefferson and Boozer, but their defense blows.
 
me neither i mean he has potential to b a 20/10 type player but still....
