Sabonis is a dirty player. He tried to break Draymond's leg with that illegal foot grab.

are you dense?
Sacramento has a legit All Star next to Fox.So how is that the Warriors can guard and stop Dame but not Fox?
Great jobJust because a narrative is repeated over and over, doesn't mean it's true.
Dames Career Playoff Averages
25.7 4.5 6.2 1.2 0.3
Dame's Playoff Averages vs Golden State
27.6 4.5 6.5 1.2 0.2
So in summary:
So let's file this narrative in the trash next to the "Steph kills the Blazers in the playoffs because we played drop coverage" despite the data also suggesting Steph has had near average success against Portland in the playoffs, despite tgoing against the Blazers poor guard defenders.
- Original poster stated the Warriors stop Dame
- The stats point out that Dame might have more individual success against the Warriors than any team int he league
- KingSpeed assumes the OP was referencing the playoffs and states the Warriors shut down Dame in the playoffs
- The stats point out that Dame is probably slightly above average vs the Warriors in the playoffs in comparison to other teams
The Warriors team success against Portland has been due to them having 3-4 all-stars against the Blazers 1. They've always been more talented, it's that simple.
By going young and missing the playoffs for 16 straight years.Fuck man how the hell did the poverty ridden Kings lap the hell outta us?
True, but a big time trade is what got them in the playoffs. They traded their coveted lottery pg and older shooter that played zero D, for a post guy that bangs and scores. They are fun to watch.
16 years worth of lottery picks finally paid off!
Hard to tell here:Sabonis grabbed draymond legs and tried to trip him.
I think if Green had REALLY stomped "as hard as he could" Sabonis's sternum would've shattered.sabonis got tangled up with green on the glass and fell. sabonis held on to green's leg. green then stomped on sabonis' chest as hard as he could with his other leg.
Perhaps a tad premature.break out the brooms
Obviously. I'm kinda surprised at how much i hate this GS team when watching them in the playoffs. Every single thing about them bugs me.Perhaps a tad premature.
Hard to tell here:
Personally I don't think either thing is a big deal. There's plausible deniability on both sides, and I'm sure there're people who would say it's fucking obvious they were both at fault. Gotta say the exaggerated frog hop Draymond did isn't helping his case, though.

Fuck Draymond! He's been one of the worst guys in the league on the court for years and he should get suspended for a few games for the shit he pulled tonight. For anyone that thinks he is a trade target, think again. I've never liked Draymond's game, the dude is nothing if the refs don't let him get away with fouling. He's like a 6'6" version of PatBev. Fuck both of them!
There have been so many occasions of guys on the ground grabbing players legs. Middleton did it last week. GP2weeks did it last game TO sabonis. Hell Dame got super upset at Siakam for doing that to him earlier this season.Sabonis grabbed his ankle. It could have been to stop himself from getting stepped on. It could have been to just stop him, maybe get him back for sitting on him the last game.
But, what Draymond did was dirty. He didn't have to step on Sabonis. He didn't need to stomp on him. He didn't need to go at it with fans afterwards just to be a dick. He deserved the ejection and he deserves to probably be suspended for that.
Egging on the entire crowd like that is suspension worthy in my eye. This isn't the damn WWE.Sabonis grabbed his ankle. It could have been to stop himself from getting stepped on. It could have been to just stop him, maybe get him back for sitting on him the last game.

I get it. I will admit to an irrational disdain for Donte Divencenzo.Obviously. I'm kinda surprised at how much i hate this GS team when watching them in the playoffs. Every single thing about them bugs me.
wow...what a surprise if the Warriors exaggerate an injury and it's impact.
