NBA2K11 WTF?

Is this off topic? Just picked up the game. So excited to be the 1992 Blazers, but what the fuck is up with our bench?? Danny Ainge and a bunch of made up people? Where's Robert Pack, Danny Young, and Wayne Cooper among others? Meanwhile, the Bulls have most of their guys. Man, I got my ass kicked by the 92 Bulls 137-99. Jordan had all 52 of his points in the first half it was ridiculous. Drexler had 33 points but most of that was with Jordan and Pippen on the bench. Time to play Game 2. I had heard Duckworth wouldn't be on the game so I was prepared for that, but I'm upset about the bad bench with horrible ratings (except for Ainge). Thoughts? Anyone else play it?

Not a bad idea. You should wait for a patch because there are quite a few bugs and glitches right now. The game looks great and got great reviews based on a quick first look, but as you get more into the game you'd notice it's not quite right. Only a slight improvement on gameplay over 2K10, imo.

I just got the PS3 back in like February I think, so I had 2k10 on my PC. It's just not the same. I forgot how much I love console sports games. I picked up Madden and I play it all the time.

really? he disappeared from my rosters last year when he got injured, had no idea how to put him back in so I haven't played it since.

anyone playing on 360 should download my roster for playing the jordan challenges. all classic teams are complete with full rosters and legit looking created players, not those 3 bald white guys. trust me you wont be disappointed.

I was overcome with giddiness when I saw that Petrovic was going to be an unlockable player in the reinvigoration of the NBA Jam franchise for the Wii. When NBA Jam first hit the arcades in 1993, Petrovic’s inclusion was an accident brought about by poor timing. He was already programmed into the game before he died that summer.

What's the rumor we hear about NBA Jam being haunted?

We had already finished making NBA Jam when Drazen Petrovic died. The game had already shipped and he was on the Nets. So we had all of these coin-op machines around, and one night we were playing Mortal Kombat and there was a Jam machine next to it, and all of a sudden the game started calling out "Petrovic!" "Petrovic!" And this only happened after Petrovic had died. Everyone started freaking out. Something weird was going on with the software, and to this day, if you have an original NBA Jam machine every once in a while it will just yell out "Petrovic!" It's wild.

Just go to Options, then Reset Roster. He disappeared because you have Living Rosters on, I'm sure. That updates every teams roster automatically.

Awesome game. Just played it yesterday at a friend's house. But yeah... the made-up players are annoying when playing the '92 Blazers. I don't give a crap about John Brown or Robert Williams or whoever. It's too bad they couldn't get the other guys.
I love playing the '10 Blazers. The depth we've got is great when healthy. Too bad we never get to see it in real life.

I just finished the Jordan Challenges this morning. Overall this is the best basketball game I've ever played. (I've played almost every one since Blazers vs. Bulls on SNES)

I got the 2k10 (for the wii) for 9 bucks last week, but I noticed the text is really small. My TV is not small, and the nba live 09 I have is perfectly fine (font size wise).

Anyone know how to fix it? It's almost like the settings are meant for a 60+ inch tv screen.

yes you can. i dont have a flash drive at the moment or i would do it for you right now but i will ask some people who have the roster to do it for me and ill get back to you. in case you didnt know, you actually dont need xboxlive gold, silver will work for dl'ing rosters. if you could just get your xbox to a ethernet cable youll be good.

^ that imperial guys sucks, his rosters are always at the top of the most downloaded list and i have no idea why. in slight defense of his choices, the game only allows 200 created players so he probably couldnt add all the players he wanted for each of the 30 nba teams history. but yeah, he could have just left any of the current players on there instead of adding james edwards.
