Draft day is a very time consuming thing. Do you think he might be a bit mentally exhausted?

I agree, plus I believe NO was 100% honest. But

He also looked worried. Maybe even a little scared at times.

nah....people who don't like Olshey seem to be fishing for dysfunction but actually he's got a really deep knowledge of player evaluation..when he talks basketball he doesn't stutter or hesitate...personally I respect the guy...nobody likes a target on their back ..there's just a crowd of forum members who don't want to like the guy and jlprk who just wants Trader Bob back making your head spin with roster flips...at least jlprk heckles him with humor...bones wants his job so his lobby for a GM title is helped by firing the guy who has the job....cracks me up...I'm so glad we don't have the Chad Buchanon Larry Miller interim front office...without a GM and I'm glad we have a front office that's on the same page unlike the Wolves or Bulls or Knicks

To me it looked like tiredness as i am sure that was the case of all GM's. What is he worried or scared about?

I don't have a clue.
It may not be Blazer related. It might be something personal.

But due to how much his demenoer changed when talking about the past vs this draft. My gut tells me it is Blazer related.

I do not mind when someone has a different opinion than mine. I learn more from people who respectfully give their views vs those that agree with me.

The key word here is RESPECTFULLY.

I learn zero from rude comments. People that use rudeness to try to win a debate appear very weak, and do not know what they are talking about.

We are speculating about a sports team; none of us knows what we're talking about.
 
Neil seems solid at player evaluation. He has hits and misses like everyone else. I just question the piling of so many similar assets at times. CJ....when you already had Dame. Swanigan when you just spent 2 picks on Collins.

And outside of Dame/CJ, there have been a dozen other picks that range from solid (Collins and Barton) to Meh....pretty much everyone else. I hope Simons develops into what they think he can and that Trent is a 2nd round steal.
 
I think Olshey sounds tired. But otherwise didn't sound worried or defensive.

nah...I'd thought you'd love that...you do want to be a GM and have alluded to how you'd improve the team if you had his job......it was posted in humor...nobody has longer player evaluation posts and threads than you bones...admit it...you want Olshey's job...and there's nothing wrong with that at all....don't know why you'd see it as criticism

I'm not gong to deny it, but you also implied that my opinions on Olshey are because of that. They're not.
 
The roles are reversed on this one, then.
