The Nets have yet to win a game this season, as they're off to an 0-11 start. And when a team gets off to such a start, you usually start wondering if the coach is going to last much longer.
So how secure is Lawrence Frank's job right now? Well, The Nets have been injury plagued this season as Devin Harris, Yi Jianlian, Chris Douglas-Roberts (swine flu), Courtney Lee, Jarvis Hayes and Keyon Dooling have all missed time. And according to
Ken Berger of CBS Sports, Frank's job is safe for now due to his team not being at full strength.
"Sources indicate that Nets president Rod Thorn won't make any decisions on Lawrence Frank until the team gets back to full -- or close to full -- health," he writes. "Thorn has stood behind Frank for this long, so he's not going to push him out at a time when his best player, Devin Harris, is injured ... he will be coaching for his job once the Nets get back to full strength."
