Everyone underestimates the Nets in the off-season ranking, we will show that they are wrong.
They're not underestimating us at all. Those evaluations are quite accurate.
They only remember Mikki Moore, but overlook the return of Krstic, and adding of Magloire, Malik Allen, Sean Williams.

SLAM said we will only be a 42-40 team.

If we get back to last season, how many people would say the signing of Mikki Moore will be a big impact?

With Jason Kidd, Magloire, Allen, and Sean, will be better than Mikki Moore who was helped by Jason Kidd.

We don't know how Krstic will respond to his knee in the early part of the season. Will he be tentative? How mobile will he be? How much of a difference will his 10 lbs of added muscle really make? We have no idea what to expect from Nenad right now. It's all speculative.

Malik Allen is decent. But that's it. A nice veteran, but hardly an impact player. He won't get much time behind Collins and Boone, IMO.

And I highly doubt Williams sees much, if any, significant playing time this year.

All that really maters though, is that this team is built to make it to the 2nd round and the 2nd round only.

So, if you have so many question marks, why not make the conclusion when the season starts?

What if Nenad Krstic rehabs very well? What if Sean Williams plays very well?

Too many if, the big difference is that you look in the dark side, and I look in the bright side,

if this team could not get pass the second round, so what? Jason Kidd owns big money, he can go everywhere that he wants,

and he already showed himself by many awards, so don't get pissed off about this team by his success or failure.
It's all speculative man. You can think the team is going to be as good as you say they will because Nenad is coming back, but just because you think it, that doesn't make it true. We have no reason to believe Nenad will be effective the first few months of the season. Recovering from a torn ACL is no joke. That's not looking on the dark side. It's being realistic. After many off-seasons getting excitied and expeting so much from this team, it's all become tiring. It's time to be realistic about our team's limits. And our limit is, IMO, another 2nd round exit.

And I have no idea what your last two sentences are trying to convey.
if you mean it's all speculation, then you must have not read the news that Krstic feels no pain.

If Krstic feels pain, then you could say he will be bad next season in 90% ,

If he feels no pain, how could you still say he will still be in 90%?

And I didn't say howfar this team will go to, and I said they underestimate !

OK, you said they didn't underestimate, then SLAM said Nets is a 42-40 team, but you said Nets is a team with 47 wins,

and I didn't get really thrilled about the situation now, but you just get it all wrong.

If you have no idea what I convey in the last two sentence, just move on, maybe you will realize one day.
