They won&rsquo;t be the Brooklyn Nets for another another two years. The Nets Tuesday admitted what everyone believed to be the case: critics&rsquo; legal challenges to Bruce Ratner&rsquo;s Atlantic Yards project will delay the opening of the Nets&rsquo; new Brooklyn arena til the 2010-11 season. Ratner continues to tear down buildings at the site however.</p>

That would probably be either the 40 goal scorer last season or the one of the best power hitters of all time. But just so I know, what big names has Jersey brought to town? Also, it's a litle tricky in the salary cap world to sign whoever you want.</p>

I could understand you saying no one wanting to play basketball in Canada because most players probably dont want to, I dont understand why, I think Toronto is a top 5-10 city in N.America if not the world. If your trying to make a seperate point for hockey and players not wanting to play for the Leafs then I dont know whats wrong with you, a large percent of players in the NHL are from Canada and would love to play for a franchise with such a rich history its just our management for the Maple Leafs is horrible right now....anyways I could go on forever about hockey so ill stop it at that.

I got a question, why didnt the Nets make the move with the Devils to the new arena? Are the renovations anything special in the Izod Centre, like what have they done to improve the experiance from a fans perspective?</p>
