So I decided to check out that "Paint the Town Red" event the Nets were having today. The event had diffrent Nets players scattered in locations through the tri-state area. The one I attended in Garden State Mall in Paramus,NJ had Vince Carter,Jamal Magloire,Sean Williams, and Robert Hite. They signed autographs for fans and played in some one and one with the fans (Sean Williams and Hite mostly). I got my hat signed which Carter almost tried to keep saying "Ive been lookin hard for a solid white nets.....damnnnn." Sorry Carter its mine lol. On a side note I then attempted to try the Mcdonalds event which starred Nenad but was upset to find along with other fans that they had put down the wrong McDonalds. Overall though good marketing plan and event by the Nets, great turn out, and tons of fun.

They put down the wrong event? Where was it supposed to be/where was it?

How much does taht fitted cost?? didnt know they had nets one...Is it like the same as baseball hats?

usually you find the better nets hats NOT on the nets site.

My favorite Nets hat is the black 'playoff' one they gave out last year. I dunno, it just fits my head really well

Well it was one event in 4 seperate locations around the tri-state area. For the event featuring Krstic they put down the Mcdonalds off the Parkway in Bloomfield,NJ where I live. Instead they meant the Mcdonalds off the Parkway in Union near the Union Tolls. People seemed kind of bummed out but most just made the extra 10 min trip from what I heard. But because I had gone to the Paramus one first it was already 4:15 with the event ending at 430 so I just decided to skip it. Plus I was already in my town so figured just go home. I'm glad I decided to go to the Paramus one first instead of just going to the one in my town.

32.99 at LIDS...I don't wear fitted Baseball hats but im sure it's all the same. Although some hats run bigger and smaller depending. Like I have another but all black same size and it fits diffrent. So it all depends.

From what I've seen, the hat sizes are pretty standard.

That hat is going to get dirty fast lol.. I had white fitted it got dirty less than a week...didnt know how to wash it

Ya, white fitted hats are tough to keep clean, haha.

But that's pretty cool, I wish I lived in NJ so I could get stuff signed by Nets players. That's really cool that they're all doing this, it's great for the fans.

That white hat is nice. Is that one of those high forhead hats or is it actually shaped like a human beings head?

Looks like a fitted. That's what I assume you were talkin about.

I checked out this even too.I was surpised that not many people showed up. They said "one autograph per person", but VC was nice enough to sign both. He was surprised how I got the sneakers. I told them I stole them from the locker room, they all laughed, then they had this puzzled look on their face like "Did he really?" I tried to make it to the Kidd event, but I decided to jump back on line and get my jersey signed also. Cant wait for next year!!
