Send him to the D-League where he might do well. Cheap trade bait if he turns out to what everyone was raving about before.

That's the way I look at it. From what I've read (yeah, I haven't seen his game in person, so I could be all wrong about the guy), he's a pure point guard with great vision. I don't see why the team wouldn't invest in him, all things considered.

DA is a good pick up, but he's certainly not a long term prospect since I don't see him being with the team for more than 1-2 years. Marcus...well, in my opinion, he's really unproven at this point. He had some flashes in preseason last year (that game against the Knicks stands out), but aside from that, none of his regular season appearances have really shown him to have the same ability to lead the team from a point guard position and he's not a lights out shooter. I know it's probably not fair to judge him next to one of the great point guards of this generation, but he doesn't seem to see the court as well as Kidd and his defense is very suspect.

There's nothing to lose by picking up Jordan and based on his college stats, it would seem that he has the skills necessary to run the point.
