I'm really hoping to have a two-tone alternate jersey.

I'd be dope to have the jersey switch from black to red halfway down the jersey. The dividing line could fade in the shape of the northern coast of Oregon or something. Or it could be the stripe.

Our have a Red jersey with a very slight difference in red shade in the shape of an outline of Portland. Have this dim Portland outline be under the stripe on the jersey.

the only people Paul Allen (and the Trail Blazers as a whole) should care about who likes the logo is the fans.

I think one thing that many national sports guys don't get is just how important the team and the logo (etc) is to the fans. As corny as it may be, it's one of the things people take pride in regarding the team. Basically they've had 1 logo for 47 years. Not many other teams can say that.

I love this. Back when I dabbled with photoshop I actually did a similar design - it's simple: adding a bar to the end of the pinwheel that gives it an edge.

Ditch the grey.

Can you place a basketball in the middle and make the pinwheel tubular. The present and proposed logo looks one dimensional.

Hmm so that design, which I think is amazing btw, is part of the brand identity... so a "secondary" logo it would seem.
