Most likely because the unis with blazers on em, the Lenny Wilkins edition was all lower case.

I might be mistaken but I think they are separate departments, like one does Basketball and other does this sort of thing. Just a guess though.

The number of jerseys is probably a money grab thing by Nike. Since they've taken over each team has had multiple new jerseys every season.
