This team should just not show up for the 2nd half. Pick out 5 guys from the crowd. They could get another 31 points. What a dismal, depressed team that has officially given up. Horrible horrible horrible. Did Carter have a basket that half?
 
That Malik 3 will give the Nets momentum going into the 2nd half. I'm expecting an offensive explosion from the Nets and a turn around in the 3rd quarter.

Ha! Wouldn't it be awesome if Vandeweigh went into the locker room and threw Frank against a locker, grabbed his clipboard from him and said "Enough is enough. I'm taking over, little man!" And then he'd look at the team and say, "We're going to win this game. I want 5 guys with some heart. I don't care who it is, you guys decide. Those guys are starting the half, the rest of you can get some cabs back to the hotel or get a ticket and watch. I don't give a shit."

If you're watching the Nuggets feed, Scott Hastings looks EXACTLY like Jerry Sloan. Like I actually thought Sloan was calling the game for a second there.

EDIT: Damn Vince has been held scoreless so far? wtf?
 
I can picture Frank halftime speech. It would be something like in that Sienfeld episode where George Costanza wanted to change the date of his wedding with Suzanne but was too afraid to tell her because she might break down crying. So he sees that couple in the restaurant where the guy breaks up with the girl and shows no remorse when she starts crying which gives George the courage to confront Suzanne about changing the wedding date but when he confronts her he's the one who ends up crying and she feels sorry for him and agrees to change the date.

Frank is going to go into the locker room with the intent to firmly tell his team to get things turned around but ends up on his knees weeping for help and the guys will feel sorry for him and come out in the 2nd half and win one for the coach!

Nets are so bad, I think the Nuggets have actually lost interest in this one. That's there only hope, lull them to sleep, drag them down to our level. Damn I miss Kenyon.
 
Hmmm... Oprah positive thinking thing doesn't seem to be working so far. Maybe I have to be more positive. 22 point lead is nothing. The Warriors went on a 22-0 run in like 4 minutes against the Nets. Nets can make a run also! Lets go Nets!
 
I'm glad I turned the game off in the middle of the 2nd. It's getting hard to watch these games. I mean, it was tough back in the mid 90's, but we're supposed to have some sort of talent at this point.
 
The Nets are playing so shitty right now its making me stare at my ticket for the 'blow-the-team-up' bandwagon. It's tempting.

But then I look up, and see that even if I get on that train Lawrence Frank is still the conductor. I squint up, and survey what's around me. There are two tracks to the station; I have already told you about the track in front of me. Behind me lies a broken down train; it probably hasn't been used since 2003.

I'm forced with an obvious decision I can't accept, and I walk toward that train grudgingly. I stare at Frank, then jump into the tracks as it leaves.

I love Vince for bringing us back, but it's not like he got more aggressive in 3rd. The only difference is that he's actually making his shots now.

Just saying that he needs to be more agressive going to the whole, someone needs to get in his face and challenge him
 
Frank please take Malik out of the game. He is not a defensive presence in the paint and there is a cold spot on the bench that needs warming up.
