As we embark onto a new season, we're also entering a new era of Portland Trail Blazers basketball. As you may be aware, the Portland Trail Blazers have utilized the same home and away uniforms since the 2002-03 season and we think it may be time to take a fresh look at our team design elements that could possibly take effect for the 2015-16 season. Ultimately, we may decide, based on your feedback, that no change is necessary, but we want to explore the possibility and would like to get your feedback and comments. This is a decision we don’t take lightly and very much want to reflect the opinions of our fans in whatever the final product is.

Please take five minutes to share with us your thoughts on the team identity by filling out this brief survey.

I'd be cool with some new ones that look like the red alternate ones. I feel like it's time for a change after the last ten years or so of broken dreams and sucking.

I really hope they don't change at all. Just about every new jersey design(all sports included) are complete abortions minus Golden State and the Buffalo Bills. Portland has simple, yet very classic jerseys and I think they should remain untouched.
 
Our jerseys right now are right in that region between classic and boring. Wouldn't mind a change tbh.

Something with a retro font but keep the stripes still. And maybe turn the pinwheel back upright.
 
They've realistically had the same uniforms since 1977. I like the red ones now, and the Rip City ones, but a change is kind of needed. As long as they stay with the three colors, and a similar font, I think we good.

As Wook and Shameless say, fix the pinwheel so it's like it used to be, and pretty much if that's the only (major) change that happens, it's OK.

I've never liked the titled Pinwheel, especially with the points and silver. I know it wasn't done by Trader Bob, but it has a "distancing itself" from the fans feel to it. Not everyone feels that way, but I do. It was poorly contrived, imho, and should be rectified.

Personally I'm a fan of anything that would hark back to the 70s designs. I don't know about the vertical P-O-R-T-L-A-N-D but jerseys from the championship team would be a good starting point.
 
I'd like to see what Tinker Hatfield can come up with.

And I like the Walton Red over the Lenny Red.
 
That Lenny jersey would be perfect if they reduced the font size and threw in the sashes.
 
Shouldn't this be OT since it's about New Jersey?
 
Looking at the history of our jerseys......man we have had nothing but beautiful gear. None of those are bad!

If car companies asked what people wanted before they designed new cars all the models would still have giant tail fins. I want to see something new. Forget polling fans, the Ducks don't poll their fans. Come up with some new designs and then lets discuss what we like and don't like.
 
I love the 80's units like in the Luke picture. They are the classic to me.
 
I like all three posted thus far (Walton, Wilkens, Lucas). Grew up with the Lucas version, so I'm partial to the diagonal stripes, but overall I think I like the Walton ones best - the vertical text looks fantastic. Though I think the Lucas version with a slight update to the stripes could be a winner. Whatever the case, I think it's apparent that a lower-case font is a winner!

I absolutely hate the Rip City jerseys. They're a design travesty. They look like cheap rec league gear.

Tangent: I love lettering. After seeing this thread I started sketching out some concepts. It's tough to develop something new while trying to retain the soul of our classic lettering. It's such a unique font!
 
Unless it's a retro jersey, keep the silver included with the red, black and white...looks too generic without it.
