I like it, the clouds and the sort of wings.

The background is alright but its a bit too blue for my liking.. Cut could be blended in better and text could be a lot better.. the borders slright though.. 6/10

The text needs some effects, and maybe don't use the same font twice, like use one for the main text and then a different one for the smaller text. Also, the quality of the sig seems bad, try some better settings next time, because it really helps the overall quality of the sig. Like echo said it's a bit too blue, but the background's not bad, some more effects to it and it'd look even better.

It pretty good. The render is blended in ok, the bg effects are great and the border is good too. The only thing that lets it down is the text.
