I expect the Rangers to trade that sulking fuckup Buchnevich at the draft. My guess is they will use him to move up 5 to 10 spots and pick up another pick and take somebody like Schneider, Zary or Holloway who won't be there at 22.
 
It'll be interesting to see how high Askarov goes. Does Detroit take him as high as 6 or will a team like Minn/Car grab him if they pass. Alot of Russian goalies in the league over the next 15 years. We should have a nice amount of options at 22 but i think they should move up as far as possible. I like Zary thought Lapierre is intriguing. Bourque or Gunler maybe if they stay put.
 
All I want to hear is with the first pick in the 2020 nhl draft the NY RANGERS select ALEX LAFRENIERE. Ohhhhhhhh friggin baby here we go. Rebuild is finished now need the youngsters to get experience and physically mature with a few cosmetic changes
 
Who is everybodies pick for 22 if not traded? I’m thinking Connor zary
 
Not a chance Zary will be there at 22. Sticking to the Rangers dealing Buchnevich to move up 5 to 10 spots and pick up a second as well.
 
Who are the teams in those positions (12-17)? Any good fits for a sulking fuckup?
 
Domi and a 3rd to CBJ for Josh Anderson to Montreal. Good deal for both I think.

I'm thinking they go Brisson or Greig. Scouting reports on Greig is he's a pain in the ass to play against. So, he could go higher or lower. His skill might be a little less. However, rumors are they might shop this pick.
 
A total rebuild in under 3 years capped off by getting the #1. NHL.com has list of potential free agents and possible landing spots with Matt Martin on the Rangers radar. I think he'd be a huge 4th line upgrade and offer protection to the youth.
 
Trade up! who will it be? Zary, Lapierre, Schneider?

Stunned that Zary lasted. I was wrong about that. I can't believe some of the players picked ahead of him. Teams falling in love with Euro trash.
 
Lot of centers there left for rangers to traded for. Unless of course they have a trade done for an established center already
 
JD said the team was going to get bigger and tougher. He's already following through on that.
 
I dont know much about Schneider, but I do know that we got Lafreniere, and seeing us trade UP a few spots after Larry posted on twitter that we were likely to trade BACK from 22 put the cherry on top of a great night.
 
Schneider seems like a better version of what Sauer was becoming. Maybe a little more offensive.
 
Larry needs to retire. Senile bastard has been clueless for years. Rangers thought Devils wanted Schneider. Don't know about that. All I know was I thought the Rangers were going to have to trade up to 15 or less to get Schneider. Exactly the type of D man this team needs for a long time. JD's footprints are on this team already. No euro trash being taken early. Now get rid of that sulking shithead Buchnevich for a decent return.
 
Said many times. If Sauer didn't get those concussions, Rangers win at least 2 cups. He was better than Staal or Girardi. He had everything but offense and his puck skills were solid.
