We turned down Lafrenz/Batum for Crash and the 4th pick this year for Batum. So we as fans aren't the only ones who "overvalue" Batum.

The Bobcats didn't hold the 4th pick this year, the T-Wolves did.

I think he was listing two separate deals. Crash, and the 4th pick this year.

Ah. You might be right. I guess I'd forgotten about David Kahn supposedly offering up the 4th pick for Nic ... but given the talent that was available at that position I have to say I'm not exactly crying over missing out on that deal.

Oden is the most overrated. Dude is a bust yet Blazer fans are hesitant to give him up.

Nah, Batum will always be just a mediocre player. Eventually, Cunningham will roll ahead of him on the depth chart.

I will not waiver in my thinking that Cunningham is going to be a good player in the NBA. Nor will I waiver in my thoughts that he can do things Batum cannot. All I'm saying is that I'm gaining more of an appreciation for Batum and I am not sold on CP being the PG we need. So pffffffft to you.

I'd orefer that he suffer through the inevitable decline of LAL. Kobe had knee surgery and has more miles the any player his age bar none. An amazing talent on the back end of his career. Still deadly but fading.
