Thoght this was a very nice article on Jarrett Jack.

Had to laugh a bit when I read this portion, though. All I can say is, what a difference a season makes, eh? :)

It's hard not to fall in love with Jack's game; he doesn't commit a lot of head-scratching errors, always in control and shows a lot of toughness inside the court. Jack is also a fierce defender. He bodies up and wears opposing guards down and can also play the 2 position in times he is in the court with Ford. Lately, he has also shown how he can be a big-time finisher.

All good stuff, though. I really liked Jarrett as a Blazer. And, I really wish him the very best with Indy and his career as a whole. I liked this last part:

Jack seems to have found his niche with the Pacers......As a fan, I can't help but be happy for the guy. I admire players who put in the work and constantly strive to improve their game and are actually well-mannered human being outside the court. We have had our share of knuckleheads come by here the past half decade or so, that's why Jack is really a welcome addition. Jack has definitely earned everything he has gotten in the league so far. Hopefully his game just keeps elevating and the Pacers with it.

I'm glad Jarret has found a measure of success and is getting some recognition. I still think the trade was a good one for Portland, but it's good that the Pacers got what they wanted too.

Good trade for both teams. With Rudy coming in, Jack wasn't going to see as much time at the back-up like he did last season (or playing the 2 when Brandon runs the point). Jack may not be a perfect player, but he always played hard. I agree that he's also a good guy and he also gave great post game interviews - honest, thoughtful, intelligent and free from cliches.
