So obviously I think it's too easy to get guns in this country. If people are so bent on getting AR-15's banned then so be it, doesn't affect me, don't care. Points I was just trying to make in past threads about this was that there are a lot of those out there in this country. How you would go about gathering those specific guns up or trusting people to turn them in, I don't know how. There are more guns than people in this country so gathering up specific guns would be quite troublesome. Think even if we got that far, well you are leaving these guns on the street then to be sold to criminals. Stuff goes on all the time, handguns get sold on the streets. The only thing I could think of that would help immediately is stricter background checks. Everything I have read points to this kid having learning disabilities and maybe being autistic, also having a police record that goes all the way back to 2010, police constantly showing up at his moms house at the time which I assume why the fbi knew about him. Last year he bought the gun, he should of never been able to. So there is that. However you are still not preventing the psychos from killing mass amount of people in other ways, France attack for example, done with a truck. Killed over 80, injured 450 plus. Knife attacks in asia. Plus you would still have handguns. People tend to over react on this forum to all these issues. I mean simple logic, if there really was a HUGE problem, there would be mass killings left and right. I mean, so many of these guns are out there whether it be AR's or handguns. Most people have them at home for self defense. I see no issue in that. Some people on here do and think they are more badass then they actually are as if they could disarm a guy with a gun who is looking to enter your home and take your shit, maybe kill you in the process. That's fine though, delusion is the great thing this country has going for itself right now.

I certain wish to eliminate the Killing Zones which are our schools. And I also think eliminating many of the gun free zones at schools is the way to do this. I see no reason to prohibit any school from allowing teachers and other armed civilians on school property. If that is the way they wish to protect their children, I think they have the right.

Some others, I could not care less, like a prison. I do not know what I think about the law and the Moda center. Until something pushes me one way or the other, let it stand as is.

Seems like they did everything you would want a family to do, gave him structure, got him back in school, a job, counseling, regular meal times, supervision, was teaching him basic life skills. Proposals to heavily arm school personnel will warrant widespread parental fear that one of the armed ones could snap and shoot masses. Do you really want to send your kid to an armed camp called high school? To say, if guns are restricted, then some nut job would use an alternative method like the bombing in OKC years ago. Once a human is mentally corrupted, they become "ingenious" and want to finalize their goals by any means. That is how sad this country has become. I think the media is to blame. All the dark side net sites, movies and vid games immortalizing violence have seeped into their brains like poison.
