Instead of having a 1 on 1 debate which there will be a lot of, I say try to have a maximum of 3 people debating. Much faster and better. My opinion though.

The debate lasts 2 days, so if you aren't able to come on during that period of time, we'll have to disqualify you.

It's nearly impossible to get these things to run smoothly. With everyone having different lives and living all across the globe, the times they get on are never convenient for a tournament like this.
If you don't want it to completely fold though, just keep nagging them with PM's, etc. so that when they do get online, they come in here.
In the 1st match up, where is thedude990? and I agree with Voodoo, can there be like a date for each one, so I know because I was away this weekend, and If I know when each is, I can plan it out.
