Multiple sources have confirmed that the Blazers will stop the 100 pt/Chalupa promotion! #InsideInfo

If the rest of us have access to the same info (twitter), it isn't inside info.

If that makes you feel better!

Yep, changing to the Moda Center has really improved the fan experience.

Maybe they are getting rid of all things Mexican related.

You passed the "I had one too many chalupas" stage a long time ago.

Hard to imagine a place named after a health organization liking the fact that they give out Chalupas

Maybe a nice rice cake for 100 points

SO what are they going to pay you with now?! Sorry to hear this brotha.

That was one of the fun things to root for.

It actually irritates me.

Just heard on the radio that some players used to keep track of "Chalupa baskets" and even had a cheesy trophie for the winner at the end of the season. I guess Roy was the proud owner once.

OK, I just had to rep you for that.

Back several years ago, I always had a huge wad of free chalupa coupons in my wallet. I used to take my three kids to about 15 - 20 home games a year and it seemed like the Blazers almost always broke 100 points. I won't eat that shit, and my youngest is on a gluten free diet (ironically, they always gave her extra coupons because she's just so damn cute). So, I used to leave them in a pile on a table in the cafeteria at work. I almost felt guilty giving them to my coworkers, but figured they're adults and can make their own dietary choices. Most of them would probably eat that shit anyway. At least with the coupons they saved a little money.

Well, since it's the MODA Center, maybe they can give out free Fleet enemas every time the Blazers break 100 points.

So, instead of chanting: CHA LU PAS! we can all chant: EN E MAS!

Repped. I was thinking the same thing.

Also, no more jumbo-sized Cokes, and no more butter on the popcorn. Water and various 100% fruit juices will be available, as well as tofu dogs, veggie platters, and your rice cakes for 'dessert'.

Looking at the firepower on the Blazers' roster I can understand the thinking. I mean, will there be a single home game where they don't break 100? Might have put Taco Bell out of business.

Hmmm. If they want to play up the healthcare angle, maybe free prostate exams as you exit the MODA?
